Job Description Summary Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in healthcare and take your career to the next level? Novartis is looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our high-performing, collaborative team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and deliver exceptional execution across the Therapeutic Area (TA) portfolio.
Your work will play a pivotal role in driving robust marketing strategies, fostering key partnerships, and ultimately enhancing patient outcomes.Job Description Develop and execute the strategic plans for all in-market, launch, and pre-launch brands within the TA portfolio, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
Drive the implementation of effective and insight-driven marketing plans across multiple channels, tailored to clinician preferences.
Build and nurture key external partnerships within the TA ecosystem to positively impact patient outcomes.
Leverage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to influence the disease area strategy and drive business objectives.
Collaborate with key functions to develop a compelling value proposition informed by insights, supporting market access strategies for diverse customer groups.
Work closely with National Sales Managers to ensure effective deployment and ongoing development of the sales team's skills and capabilities.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in strategic brand management or similar roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities to develop and inspire marketing teams.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Ability to navigate complex environments and act proactively to deliver results aligned with the organizational goals.
