The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our thriving clinic on a full-time basis.
You'll be working alongside a supportive team, enjoying variety in your day-to-day tasks and fostering strong ties with our community members as the friendly face of our clinic.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
Delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all patients, ensuring every visit is positive and memorable.
Managing bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups to maintain a seamless clinic flow.
Ascertain adequate knowledge and understanding of our clinic's practice management system to process all appointments and invoices.
Accurately handling patient records, communications and other essential administrative tasks.
Developing and maintaining strong and respectful relationships with our clinicians and other administrative staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service standards.
Ensuring the Reception and waiting area is kept clean and tidy at all times.

Enthusiastic, reliable, dedicated, honest and proactive
Demonstrated professional attitude and presentation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Excellent phone manner
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a harmonious team environment
Friendly, approachable, and committed to creating exceptional patient experiences
Comfortable using booking and scheduling software and basic computer systems
Patient booking software experience highly advantageous

Our Locations
Melbourne Hand Rehab has eleven locations: Melbourne, Richmond, Vic Gardens (post-op clinic only), Essendon North, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Mill Park, Bulleen (post-op), Ivanhoe, Moorabbin (post-op) and Boronia.
This role will be primarily based at our Caroline Springs clinic, however, you may be required to work at our other clinic locations from time to time.
