TeamKids is on the search for a **remarkable Manager,** ready to take the next step in their career We have a** full-time** **Program Manager** position available at our service in the **Geelong Region**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Development**: The Program Manager will dedicate efforts to cultivating a high-quality program by actively participating in program hours, setting exemplary standards, establishing robust routines, implementing safety protocols, and crafting engaging activities. Oversight of compliance across the entire service including medical management, programming, and staff rosters is paramount.
- **Team Leadership**: The role involves direct management of a team comprising one Director of Service and one 2IC, while also overseeing the management and support of a team of up to 15 Educators and support staff. Providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment are essential elements of this responsibility.
- **Program Planning and Delivery**: The Program Manager will oversee the meticulous planning, resourcing, and execution of an exceptional, fun, and engaging program tailored to meet the needs of all children and groups under care.
- **Community Engagement**: Building and nurturing outstanding relationships with children, families, school leadership, and the broader school community of Wyndham Vale is integral to the role. The Program Manager serves as a liaison, ensuring open communication, understanding, and alignment of goals and values.

**About the role**
- You will be managing a Large service with opportunity for even more growth.
- The Program Manager’s primary role is to oversee all day to day operations at their Before and After Care service.
- The role will be accountable for all management, support, training and professional development for the team of Directors, 2ICs and Educators, and will be accountable for ensuring a high quality and viable program for the service community.
- To be onsite for at least one Before School Care and four After School Care sessions per week
- The role will focus on; Direct management of a team of Directors of Service, and indirect management and support of a team of Educators and support staff
- Overseeing the planning, resourcing and delivery of remarkable, fun and engaging program for all groups and children in attendance.
- Building and maintaining exceptional relationships with the children, families, school leadership and wider school community.
- Impact the lives of children and their families by delivering a remarkable service and creating life-long memories

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams within the childcare or education sector.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or related fields - minimum Diploma equivalent.
