Role Overview: As an Occupational Therapist Team Leader, you will:
Lead a Team: Oversee and support a team of 5 Occupational Therapists, providing clinical supervision, conducting performance appraisals, and fostering professional development
Manage a Tailored Caseload: Maintain a reduced caseload focused on paediatric clients or a combination of paediatric, teenage, and adult clients.
Cross Discipline Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team, including Speech Pathologists and Psychologists, to deliver comprehensive client care
Serve Diverse Clients: Provide services to both NDIS, Medicare and private clients, with a focus on fine and gross motor skills, social skills, sensory processing, and sensory integration
Flexible Work Model: Enjoy both clinic-based work and the option to work from home when reasonable Requirements Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Minimum 4+ years postgraduate experience AHPRA registration Unrestricted working rights in Australia Interested in this position?
