At Titan Plumbing Services, we are a fast-growing plumbing company seeking a confident, experienced, and highly organised Senior Office All Rounder to join our friendly team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the business and be part of our long-term success.
Trade industry experience is essential – and if you have experience in the plumbing industry , that's highly preferred.
About the Role In this varied and dynamic position, you will be the go-to person for all things admin and operations.
From managing day-to-day office tasks to supporting our team in the field, you will play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly.
Your role will be varied and will include the following: Answering calls from clients and booking plumbing jobs Scheduling jobs and ensuring plumbers' schedules run smoothly Responding to client emails, including real estate agents Managing quoted works from approval to completion, including invoicing deposits and tracking materials Tracking employee KPIs Monitoring vehicle servicing schedules Maintaining both electronic filing systems Trade experience is essential, if you have experience in the plumbing industry that is highly preferred.
About You To be successful in this role, you must bring: A good attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment The ability to multi-task and think fast in a busy office Excellent attention to detail A friendly and professional manner Good computer skills – must have basic Word and Excel skills Experience with Xero (advantageous) and Geo Op (advantageous) A strong work ethic – self-motivated, reliable, and proactive Initiative and problem-solving ability What We Offer A supportive and down-to-earth team environment A stable, long-term role in a growing business Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for career growth and development You must be able to work well in a team.
Hours will be Monday -Friday 8.30-4.30pm or 7.30-3.30pm.
