As Principal Project Officer, you will lead and manage strategic projects that support government housing priorities, coordinate cross-agency input into key reforms, and ensure the effective delivery of initiatives that align with the vision of Homes NSW.You'll provide high-level advice, oversee project planning and performance analysis, and support ongoing improvements to service delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team making a real difference for communities across NSW.What You'll DoLead and manage the delivery of high-impact projects aligned to housing and homelessness reform.
Coordinate and collaborate across Homes NSW to ensure consistent and effective input into strategic reform initiatives.
Provide evidence-based advice, reporting, and recommendations to support decision making by senior executives.
Develop and monitor project plans, governance processes, status updates, and Ministerial briefings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Use data and insights to monitor the performance of key initiatives and drive service improvement.
What We're Looking ForDemonstrated experience in managing and delivering complex projects.
Strong analytical, planning, and project coordination skills with a strategic mindset.
Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes.
High-level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare Ministerial briefs/business cases and reports.
