About the Role

This is a highly influential position that demands a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-performing teams, driving sales growth and delivering financial targets.

  • Lead and mentor a state sales team to build capability, improve sales execution and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Utilize data insights and tools to inform decision-making, drive customer growth and category expansion.
  • Develop and manage a strong project pipeline across new construction, commercial repaint and roofing through specification and top-down influence.
  • Execute national sales call plans, pricing strategies and key initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership skills, a passion for developing people and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders.
