The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our team in Silverwater NSW.

Proactively handle internal and external customer queries via phone, web and email.

Input data into the CRM Database, ensuring timely input and accuracy.

Undertaking various administration duties, including daily processing of driver run sheets.

Communicating with various stakeholders within the business across branches in QLD.

Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered across the business.

About You Previous experience in an inbound & outbound customer service or administration role.

Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to handle data entry conversations and escalations into the system.

Data accuracy and an eye for detail.

Excellent communication at various levels of management.

Proficiency with various tech tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and phone systems.
