Previous Contact Centre experience essential - Inbound and Outbound calls Working on a rotating roster across the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday Preferred location is Brisbane, but we will consider applications from other states where we operate – NSW and SAFully remote position with occasional attendance at Brisbane office or RA villages for training and coaching About the role Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, you will work closely with our Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Marketing Team, and Village Managers.
Your responsibilities include: Providing a warm, caring, and valuable experience for enquiring customers Providing advice, answering questions, and actively promoting the Retire Australia values in all customer correspondence, written and verbal Improving the conversion of enquiry to sales appointment through quality service Assisting the marketing and sales teams with booking promotional events at villages Working closely with the broader business to ensure your company, village, and development knowledge is up to date About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact centre environment Demonstrated understanding of the retirement and care sector is preferred Ability to develop strong working relationships and resolve client complaints Understanding of marketing segments and ability to apply this knowledge to lead nurturing Strong working knowledge of Salesforce is highly regarded Highly developed visual, verbal, and written communication skills Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, database applications, and basic financial systems Integrity, discretion, and tact with confidential information Ability to work independently and with limited supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and responsive to change Strong attention to detail and accuracy Our benefits The wellbeing of all Retire Australia team members is our priority, with initiatives such as safety training, wellness challenges, mental health programs, and a free annual flu vaccination.
