Your new role
The primary responsibility of this role is to educate the public and enforce Council's Local Laws and various legislative requirements relating to parking, animals, litter and bushfire control.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience leading teams in a government setting.
Highly developed and focused leadership, coaching, feedback, conflict resolution and people management skills
Experience in Bush Fire mitigation activities.
Highly developed decision-making and problem-solving skills
Highly developed technology, computer literacy and data capture/analysis skills
Positive attitude and willingness to actively promote and enact the Town's values and code of conduct
High focus on customer service and education
Current 'C' class driver's license
Current Senior first aid Certificate
Current National Police Clearance
