In your role as a Team Leader for our Heritage team, you can expect: To play an active role in the Heritage leadership team, contributing ideas to shape our Cultural Heritage solutions To bring passion and dedication to your team's growth and development, providing encouragement, mentorship, and opportunities for contribution To hone your coaching skills and support the development, implementation, and tracking of your team's goals To foster innovation and a highly collaborative "one team" culture To help implement recruitment strategies and represent EMM as an inspiring ambassador To build strong relationships with regulators and develop new technical tools for innovative workflows To promote flexible work arrangements that foster collaboration and a sense of community Here's what you'll bring : Passion, drive, and alignment with our shared values8+ years of relevant postgraduate experience, preferably in a Heritage consultancy, including archaeological investigations, impact assessments, and statutory approvals Leadership or mentoring experience Experience in strategic thinking and business planning Effective time and priority management skills Strong project management skills Valid unrestricted QLD driver's license We look forward to hearing from you When you apply, watch for our email confirming receipt and next steps.
