Cultivate a collaborative team of Aboriginal archaeologists and shape the strategic direction of our cultural heritage solutions.

Seeking an exceptional team leader to drive innovation in our heritage projects. In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to our heritage leadership team by driving innovative strategies
  • Mentor and develop early-career team members, fostering their growth and contribution
  • Hone your coaching skills, supporting goal development, implementation, and tracking
  • Foster innovation, collaboration, and a one-team culture
  • Implement recruitment strategies, represent the organization as an ambassador, and build relationships with regulators

Key requirements include:

  • Passion, drive, and alignment with our shared values
  • 8+ years of postgraduate experience in a heritage consultancy, including archaeological investigations and impact assessments
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • Strong project management skills
