Our goal is to simplify the process for our customers by providing reliable advice and excellent service.
We manage everything in-house, from the initial inquiry all the way through to after-installation support.
As a Solar Specialist with us, you will be required to: Sit-in-home assessments to understand the customer & provide them with a system designed for their needs.
Follow up with customers who have yet to accept our proposed solution.
Utilize your client network to obtain referrals and take advantage of the generous rewards offered through our referral program.
What we provide you with: We schedule two-three qualified appointments per day, including Saturdays ( with the option to work every second Saturday, and up to four appointments per day during peak periods.
We provide comprehensive training on the sales process and relevant product knowledge to ensure our team is well-equipped to serve our customers.
Our in-house installation team ensures a fast turnaround on commissions following a sale.
We value our team members and provide them with the opportunity to earn an OTE (On Target Earnings) of $150k+ through a combination of commissions, additional incentives, and referral programs.
What we require from you: Prior face-to-face selling experience is a requirement for all our Sales Consultants.
It would be highly advantageous if applicants also have previous experience in solar.
Applicants must possess a current driver's license and have access to a dependable vehicle.
Laptop and Mobile Phone for in-home appointments.
An open-minded attitude towards new sales techniques and a willingness to learn from our team members.
We seek individuals with strong negotiation skills and a keen desire to close deals.
Our priority is to deliver exceptional service and experience to our customers.
While we can provide training for skills, we require candidates to possess an exceptional attitude and motivation toward sales.
