This is a unique opportunity to join an emerging NDIS provider in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and play a foundational role in creating a service that truly empowers participants.
About the Role: Position Type: Contractor / ABN Holder preferred but not essential Location: All suburbs, Melbourne (with community visits and some remote flexibility) Hours: Flexible, based on mutual availability Start Date: ASAP You will work closely with the founder of Senscare to help establish, shape, and deliver our speech therapy services for NDIS participants.
This includes developing systems, engaging with clients, and setting a standard of care that reflects our brand values: compassion, clarity, and empowerment.
What You'll Be Doing: Deliver speech pathology assessments and therapy for NDIS participants across age groups Collaborate on the design of therapy programs and documentation processes Assist in building and structuring the speech therapy department Support client onboarding and contribute to care planning Ensure services are compliant with NDIS guidelines and standards Provide a person-centred, strengths-based approach in every session What We're Looking For: Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) Membership NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check ABN and professional indemnity/public liability insurance Experience with NDIS participants (preferred but not essential) Strong initiative and an interest in service development Passion for making a real difference in people's lives Why Join Senscare?
