The Day-To-Day:
- Work alongside participants and their supports to achieve functional goals which have real positive impact on the individual.
- Work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team to provide person-centered support through coaching, problem-solving, and advocating for your participant's needs.
- Prioritise your learning and development in your week to support your participant outcomes and grow your career.
- Attend weekly team meetings to collaborate, connect and celebrate the wins
- Maintain your calendar flexibly to suit your participants and your life.
Requirements:
- You are passionate about supporting participants and making a difference in their lives.

- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- You have your own car and valid drivers license
