With a strong focus on client-centred, holistic therapy, this practice aims to grow their team with therapists that share their approach.
They have both part-time and full-time positions available at their Keilor East & Keilor Downs clinics.
Your role will involve working from their clinics and/or schools managing a diverse caseload and providing a range of speech therapy services, including assessments, interventions, goal setting, and developing comprehensive therapy plans.
Options available to work either part time or full time
About the role:
Be based from their clinics located in Keilor East & Keilor Downs as well as at local schools 1:1 weekly supervision and weekly supervision and cross discipline supervision Paediatric caseload from ages 1-18 working with a variety of conditions based on your clinical interest areas Conditions include but are not limited to ASD, early intervention, literacy, speech sound disorders and stuttering See clients in clinic or at local schools if desired How you will be supported: 1:1 weekly supervision and weekly supervision and cross discipline supervision First 4 weeks exclusively spent shadowing their lead Speech Pathologist Receive supervision or general support from each of their experienced Senior Speech Pathologists Fortnightly team supervision includes regular PD and sharing of complex cases Opportunity to specialise in your interest areas Large resource library accessible to all clinicians Benefits of the role: Salary of $79 K + superannuation for new graduates Generous individual PD allowance and regular internal PD provided Travel reimbursement of 98c per km (if necessary) Join a team of 7+ experienced Speech Pathologists Multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Nutritionists Full administration support allowing you to focus on quality therapy Bonus system that rewards you for achieving reasonable KPI's and billable targets Flexible working hour based on your personal lifestyle Laptop provided Requirements/Skills Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology SPA membership Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Interested in this position?
