Your responsibilities will include:
Providing evidence based therapy services to Adult NDIS clients around Melbourne's Western suburbs Work from their office located in Sunshine to attend team meetings, see clients and collaborate with team members Assist adult clients in achieving clearer speech & pronunciation, swallowing, improving social communication, achieving literacy/learning goals, communication and more.
Caseload will be tailored to your experience and preferred interest area Service clients in a limited radius near your location Ensure customers receive tailored services that are individualised & outcomes focused Conducts relevant therapeutic assessment with clients developing the resulting reports & plans Deliver a variety of one-on-one or group based activities in a range of settings including onsite and in the community Record accurate and timely notes & billing relating to activities & outcomes for clients Meet billable hours targets of 5 hours per day after induction (includes report writing, face to face and travel) The Support Structure: Uncapped professional development allowance to upskill in the areas that interest you Clinical supervision (weekly or fortnightly depending on your needs) Administration team to take care of your bookings and billings Regular in house training with your team A structured onboarding program to ensure you ease into your role and develop your confidence The Benefits: Salary packages ranging from $72 K - $135 K + superannuation (based on your experience) Salary packaging options of up to $15,900 Annual PD allowance of $1800 12 personal leave/sick days Be rewarded for your experience - opportunity for annual raises as you gain more experience An uncapped Professional Development allowance Travel allowance and reimbursement options available Additional meals, accommodation and entertainment $2050 packaging Access to fitness passport HCF private health insurance discount 5 wellbeing days in addition to 4 weeks off Flexible hybrid work model; work in the community, from the office and from home Access to world class innovative assistive technology Extensive training and mentoring from Senior clinicians Ample opportunities for career progression The Team Vibe: This growing multidisciplinary team foster a "family feel" vibe in the workplace.
