Stock Replenishment Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced leader to supervise our stock replenishment team. If you have a proven track record of managing inventory, leading teams and ensuring excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is all about maintaining a high-performing store environment by receiving and replenishing stock efficiently. You'll be responsible for supervising team members, coordinating daily stock inventory, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures, and supporting visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Team Members: Lead and manage the stock replenishment team to ensure efficient stock receipt and storage.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate daily stock inventory, including receiving, storing and issuing stock as required.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, including safe lifting and manual handling practices.
  • Visual Merchandising: Support visual merchandising initiatives to create an engaging shopping environment that enhances the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail or warehousing environment.
  • Inventory Management: Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift over 15kg, bend and use ladders safely.
