Our team located in East Victoria Park are currently seeking Disability Service Workers to join our team on a permanent part time basis – predominantly AM and PM shifts.

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:

A Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability (or progress towards), or significant experience in a related setting and a willingness to undertake training
Strong commitment to providing safe, high-quality care
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in various environments and the ability to inclusively communicate with a diverse range of people Proven customer-focused work ethic
Strong person-centred skills and behaviours in communicating and engaging and with clients with high support needs
Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and use resources effectively, safely and efficiently
Current Driver's Licence
A First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old) + CPR if more than 12 months old
Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months
Satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
