About The Role As the Sales Support Specialist, you'll be joining a small, close-knit team of 4, reporting to a much-loved Customer Service Manager.
This is a full-time role on a rotating roster from Monday - Sunday, with penalty rates and time in lieu on offer.
What You'll Be Doing Process sales orders into the system Raise sales invoices to customers Organise deliveries with customers and suppliers Respond to phone and email enquiries Keep customer records accurate and up to date Why You'll Love It Supportive, friendly and easygoing team Onsite parking in Flemington and full on-the-job training Public holiday penalty rates and earn time in lieu for overtime Opportunities to grow within a busy FMCG business Great fit for people with experience in customer service, call centres, administration, sales administration, order processing or sales support About You Previous experience in order processing, sales support or administration Friendly and a great communicator Happy working both in a team and independently Apply Now If this sounds like you, we'd love to chat.
