This is a great opportunity to join a leading construction company based in Wetherill Park, where you'll oversee an exciting apartment build and take charge of tendering upcoming new projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the contract and delivery of an exciting apartment construction project.

Manage contracts and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Oversee tendering for education projects.

Coordinate all aspects of project management, from planning to execution.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in comercial buildings on prtojects upwards of $5 M.

Experience in apartment builds and/or education projects is a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong experience in tendering projects upwards of $5 M.

A commitment to quality and safety in all aspects of construction.
