What we offer: Full Time- Level 5 OAP -$119 K–$135 K per annum (depending on qualifications and experience) + Superannuation5 weeks Annual Leave (with 17.5% Leave Loading)Monthly RDO (13 per year)Personal (Sick) Leave Council Housing Potential relocation assistance for the right candidate Locality Allowance What You'll Do: Managing multiple projects from concept through to completion Coordinating contractors, consultants, and internal teams Monitoring project performance and providing progress reports Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental, and procurement regulations Engaging with stakeholders and the wider community Addressing contract delays, variations, and quality control Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement What You Bring: Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in managing infrastructure or civil works projects A solid understanding of local government operations and compliance requirements Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Current Class C Queensland Driver's Licence and Construction White Card Desirable: Experience working in remote or regional communities Awareness of environmental and cultural heritage factors in project work AIPM, PMBOK, or PRINCE2 certification Benefits of the Role: Great lifestyle in a friendly and supportive regional community Opportunity to deliver high-impact projects that make a difference Professional development and career growth opportunities For a more detailed job outline, please refer to the attached Position Description Locals are encouraged to applyApplications close on 22 August 2025 at 12 pm.
