Estimator and Project Coordinator

This role plays a critical part in the construction process. The successful candidate will assist with project management, administration, specification determination, and customer requirements analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing project proposals and tenders
  • Assisting with project management and administration tasks
  • Determining project specifications and analyzing customer needs
  • Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and approving purchases related to projects
  • Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Overseeing quality management plans, including inspection and testing procedures (ITPs) and other quality-related documentation
  • Ensuring workplace health and safety compliance, as well as environmental responsibility
  • Managing project budgets and schedules, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes
  • Building relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication and networking
