BX Bunka Australia, specifically Steel-Line Garage Doors is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of Accounts Receivable Manager on a permanent, full-time basis.
Based in Darra, the successful incumbent will oversee a well-established Accounts Receivables team and report to the Financial Controller and their responsibilities will include but are not limited to : Ensuring that all outstanding monies are collected in a timely fashion and reduce DSO.
Ensure that all Data entry is done with a high level of accuracy Liaise with Credit Controllers and branch staff to resolve disputes and issues causing payment to be withheld.
Supply regular reports to CEO, CFO, Group Financial Controller & Sales Management regarding collections Liaise with Collection Agency and solicitors regarding any accounts having legal action taken.
Ensure that legal ledger is reconciled at all times.
Make regular calls to debtors regarding the payment of retention.
Ensure retention ledger is reconciled at all times Where requested by management, participate in meetings and take down relevant notes during the process.
Archive records in line with legislative requirements when and as required.
Be aware and adhere closely to the rules and regulations, policies and procedures of the organization and familiarize yourself with internal computer systems.
The successful incumbent will need to possess the following; Must have at least 5 years Accounts Receivable experience Must have previous staff management experience Able to multitask and prioritise duties Must be able to display problem solving skills Experience in building relationships across different levels of the organisation and strong interpersonal skills Intermediate excel skills and proficient with the Microsoft suite Benefits : Flexible start and finish times A collaborative and supportive work environment Free parking onsite Working for a company that invests in its people Successful business undergoing continued growth If this interests you, apply now
