Join a professional team working as a permanent full-time Accounts Receivable Officer that values reliability and is dedicated to continuous improvement in financial operations.Your new roleReporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:Conducting credit checksIssuing customer invoicesAllocating debtor paymentsReviewing debtors and conducting collection callsReconcile bank accounts dailyAssisting with month-end closeAssisting the finance team with other ad hoc tasksWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you will meet the following requirements:Proven experience in accounts receivable, with professional debt collection skills and experience in opening new credit accountsSound understanding of end-to-end processing of receivables for multiple companiesAbility to follow tasks through to completion, prioritise and work to time framesResults driven with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a teamWhat you'll get in returnIn return for meeting the above objectives, you will be rewarded with:Onsite parking for convenience and ease of accessCollaborative and friendly teamAdditional benefits such as free daily lunch and onsite coffee machineAnnual Christmas parties to celebrate team achievementsWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your resume, or call Jack Haley or email .
