The Opportunity
Based in Milton, QLD, the Accounts Receivable Officer in the Accounts Receivables Team within our Shared Services plays a key role in managing the accurate and timely processing and allocation of daily receipts and other financial transactional processing. Responsibilities will include :
Process Daily receipts from CustomersReconciliation of accounts, some of which are complexProcessing of financial transactionsRCTI payment processingCopy invoices for customersManage unallocated payments / unknown paymentsBanking tasks when required
About You
Understanding of accounting proceduresHigh attention to detail and accuracyTeam PlayerProven experience in high-volume Accounts Receivable processing with deadlinesKnowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office suite, AdobeStrong communication skills, written and verbalStrong numeracy skillsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
