Company Description: This opportunity sits within the firm's high-performing Large Corp tax team based in Charlotte.

Position Overview: The Tax Manager will lead ASC 740 global provision engagements and corporate tax compliance work.
The role involves direct client interaction, technical consulting, and mentoring junior staff.
