Client Concierge Consultant

This isn't another typical clerical job where you're staring at the clock waiting for 5pm to roll around.
You'll be fostering relationships with clients who work in construction, agriculture, and property.
This will have you keeping clients happy, maintaining good relationships, and potentially bringing in new business.
What You'll Be Doing Checking with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction Follow-up phone calls and reviewing the quality of service provided Maintain well-established relationships with key stakeholders Have a keen eye for detail in upselling / cross-selling opportunities What's On Offer80k Base + Commissions + Superannuation Tools of trade - Laptop and quality coffee Personal and Business coaching programs - development and growth training Hybrid WFH model once trust is earned - 1 day a week What You'll Bring Excellent interpersonal skills with both clients and coworkers Ability to maintain organization of CRM and forecast accurate sales records Reliable and easy-going – you can have a laugh and also talk business Keen eye for detail – upselling and cross-selling skills are advantageous Why This Role?This is a growing and well-respected company that brings a lot of purpose and passion.
It's not your regular 9-5 role.
