The role We have an exciting opportunity in our Information and Communications Technology Infrastructure team for a full-time, ongoing Systems Administrator.
This role involves installing, maintaining, reporting on, ensuring availability, and securing ICT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities include: Administering technology infrastructure components, both on-premise and cloud-based, including systems and software management Supporting and maintaining essential IT operations Ensuring consistency, integrity, and security of the operating environment Capacity planning, monitoring, and upgrading ICT systems and hardware Managing data storage and backups Managing ICT Software Management Suite Server and user administration and security tasks About you To succeed, you will have: Qualifications in computer or information systems Knowledge of Microsoft solutions like M365 Defender, Teams, Exchange Admin, Intune, Configuration Manager, and Azure Knowledge of Virtual environments (VMware) and fabric-attached storage is advantageous Extensive experience in administering Windows network environments and server-side technologies Strong analytical, conceptual skills, and the ability to provide innovative solutions Excellent communication and customer service skills Desirable expertise in specific technologies and systems installation/decommissioning, operational security management, and network support, aligned with SFIA skills levels Experience working in organizations with similar values and ethics to Development WA, which include Brilliance, Alliance, Courage, and Integrity What we offer: Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work A commitment to sustainability and a transition to net zero emissions Modern office in Mia Yellagonga Tower 2 with views of Kings Park Study assistance and professional development End-of-trip facilities Active social club and paid volunteering opportunities A workplace culture based on our core values of Brilliance, Alliance, Courage, and Integrity Ready to help shape our state's future?Apply by submitting your resume and cover letter explaining why you are suited for this role by 9am Monday, 11 August 2025.
