Overview
OneStream Systems Administrator – Perth Australia (Hybrid)
This position will be based on-site and will focus on ensuring the stability, performance, and optimisation of the organisation's OneStream platform.
Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain the OneStream application, including user access, security roles, and system parameters.
Support financial consolidation processes and provide system expertise to the finance team.
Assist in developing and enhancing planning functionality as the system roadmap evolves.
Monitor performance, manage integrations, and ensure the reliability and availability of the platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and process issues, escalating to vendors where required.
Coordinate testing and deployment of upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, controls, and system configurations.
Qualifications and Experience
Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes, with hands-on experience in EPM administration.
Exposure to planning modules within with any EPM software would be advantageous.
Candidates with any EPM software are considered with OneStream or HFM be a preference
Strong background in accounting, finance and financial systems
Proven ability to work closely with finance stakeholders and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Familiarity with relational databases, data integration, and scripting desirable.
Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
Additional Information
This is a permanent role based in Perth, requiring 4 days per week presence in the office.
The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a maturing OneStream environment post go-live, with a roadmap of additional phases under development.
