About the role We currently have opportunities for passionate individuals who want to make a significant difference by delivering value to our clients through a range of data-focused projects.
Your responsibilities as a Data & Analytics Consultant will include, but are not limited to: Deliver data-driven business solutions with a clear strategic and analytical approach.
Perform data analysis and gather insights to support client decision-making.
Support the development and implementation of analytics models, including machine learning and optimization.
Contribute to innovative data storytelling projects.
Assist in the integration and support of growth initiatives within the company.
About you (key skills and competencies)Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience).
Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving project goals.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with project teams and clients.
Basic experience in data analysis and generating actionable insights.
Eagerness to learn new analytical methodologies and tools.
Foundational skills in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics software.
Awareness of industry contexts, such as mining operations, is a plus.
This application process consists of two phases: online test/video questions and interviews.
Online test The test is composed of questions that follow the GMAT format, requiring critical reasoning, logical analysis, and business case questions.
Video Questions Visagio may ask candidates to upload a video answering pre-determined questions as part of the online test.
Videos are reviewed alongside resumes and transcripts as part of the screening process.
Online / In-person interviews Successful applicants will be interviewed for 50 minutes by Visagio partners and consultants.
Approved candidates typically start soon after the recruitment process concludes.
TIP : Good communication skills help you stand out and share your ideas clearly with interviewers.
