Our client is seeking a
Data & Analytics Lead
to spearhead our growing data intelligence offering. We are a fast-growing digital consultancy working with high-profile clients on their most critical digital initiatives. About the Role:

This is a strategic lead role with a hands-on edge. You'll work closely with senior marketers, strategists, and developers to deliver meaningful insights that drive growth for our clients across a variety of channels, including digital marketing, SEO, and paid media. You'll have the opportunity to lead the delivery of advanced business intelligence, data, and analytics solutions.

Recent projects you might step into include:

  • Designing GA4 and GTM governance frameworks for leading organizations in Western Australia.
  • Investigating emerging platforms like Microsoft Fabric to shape our future data services.
  • Driving attribution, CRM, and marketing automation integrations to improve ROI.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the delivery of data and analytics strategies for our key retainer clients and digital projects.
  • Build and optimize data systems, tracking, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Partner with our Account Managers and Performance teams to identify and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build data capability across the agency.
  • Champion data quality, governance, and compliance throughout all analytics workflows.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new tools, platforms, and methods.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong background in digital marketing analytics, with hands-on expertise in platforms like GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Server-side measurement.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM integrations, and data migrations.
  • The ability to design and execute analytics roadmaps that align directly with client goals.
  • A problem-solver who can simplify complexity and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Experience with data platforms like BigQuery, SQL, and Python is preferred.
