Role Overview Due to the significant growth we continue to experience, we are looking to hire a senior-level person to join our Banking and Financial Services team.
This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne, with the expectation of spending at least three days per week at the client site.
The position will involve some domestic and international travel.
This role includes driving substantial growth and scaling from our existing banking relationships, maintaining and aggressively expanding TCV by farming across key business, technology, and Data and AI functions.
You will be instrumental in shaping our overarching business strategy, collaborating with global leaders across our BFS practice.
Responsibilities End-to-end management of client relationship, pursue aggressive growth, P&L management.
Lead sales activities to achieve exponential revenue growth targets in the assigned territory.
Structure high-value, strategic deals, leveraging industry knowledge to identify upcoming disruptions.
Develop strategies and change management tactics for growth and increased wallet share in banking accounts.
Manage and nurture C-level relationships Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand the relationship and introduce new business.
