The Opportunity Our Lysaght business has multiple opportunities available for Loader Operators to join the Transport team based in Archerfield, QLD.

Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

As a Loader Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.

You will work with the team to load and unload steel products as they arrive and when they're despatched to our customers.

Using forklifts and other lifting equipment, you will move the products safely and accurately.

There will also be some general warehousing duties to give your day variety.

We have multiple full-time, permanent opportunities available across morning and night shifts, operating throughout the week.

These opportunities include a competitive hourly rate starting from $31.14 per hour, plus shift allowances for both morning and night shifts, as well as eligibility to receive performance bonuses paid on a quarterly basis.

Morning Shift: Monday to Thursday (3:30am – 12:00pm), Friday (3:50am – 10:00am) Night Shift: Sunday to Wednesday (7:00pm – 3:20am), Thursday (7:00pm – 1:10am) What Will You Do?Responsibilities This diverse role will offer you variety each day, providing you with scope to showcase your skills that impacts the safety of our people as well as the quality of our products, your responsibilities will include:loading and unloading steel products from trucksoperating forklifts and other plant equipment safely and efficientlyconducting routine safety and equipment checks before and after useassisting with general warehouse duties to maintain a clean and organised workspacecoordinating with team members and supervisors to meet production and despatch schedules More About You You are someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and understands the importance of working safely in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
