Concrete Recycling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused individual to join our team as a Concrete Recycling Specialist. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of concrete and building rubble at our recycling facility.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and drivers on a daily basis. You will also have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all incoming trucks are handled safely and efficiently.
  • Loading Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming materials, identifying any contamination or defects.
  • Load Rejection: Reject any loads deemed unsuitable for processing.
  • Tipping Area Management: Direct trucks to designated tipping areas, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Radio Communication: Communicate effectively with excavator and loader operators via UHF radio.

  • Safety Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Display strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate inspection and loading processes.
