Overview

We are seeking a talented architect / senior architect with 5+ years of experience to join our vibrant team in Surry Hills, New South Wales, Australia. You will work on exciting projects, including mixed-use, multi-residential, and commercial developments. The ideal candidate is familiar with the ADG, BCA, and Australian Standards, and brings experience across a variety of project sectors. We're looking for someone with ambition, initiative, and a strong ability to drive and coordinate complex projects. You will have excellent client-facing and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead meetings, communicate design intent clearly, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Adaptability across different work stages and typologies and proficiency in Revit are essential. Beyond the projects, our studio fosters a collaborative culture with opportunities for focus groups and professional development, while building strong connections with the team.

Responsibilities
  • Work on exciting projects across mixed-use, multi-residential, and commercial developments.
  • Drive and coordinate complex projects across different work stages and typologies.
  • Lead meetings and clearly communicate design intent; build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate within a studio culture and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as an architect or senior architect.
  • Familiar with ADG, BCA, and Australian Standards.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills; ability to lead meetings.
  • Strong ability to drive and coordinate complex projects.
  • Ambition, initiative, and adaptability across different work stages and typologies.
