As a Legal Advisor, you'll provide independent legal and governance advice and services across information access, privacy, complaints, public interest disclosures, and administrative law.
Your day-to-day will involve: Managing requests under GIPA and Standing Order 52 Providing legal advice and drafting documents including contracts, agreements, and submissions Supporting investigations and responses to ICAC, NSW Ombudsman and other regulatory bodies Advising on privacy, complaints, and governance matters Collaborating across Treasury to promote ethical conduct and compliance Contributing to system and process improvements that enhance transparency and accountability You'll be part of a high-performing team recognised nationally for excellence, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your advice helps shape public sector integrity.
