Finance Support Officer

We are seeking a suitably experienced individual to join our Financial Services team as Finance Support Officer in a Permanent Full-Time capacity.

As the Finance Support Officer you will ensure that you: Maintain efficient administration for timely processing of financial tasks and functions in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
Accurately enter and maintain all financial records across a range of finance activities.
Provide comprehensive operational support to the Financial Services Unit, including backup support for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Roles.
Key responsibilities include: Accounts Payable Finance Support Taxation Accounts Receivable About You: To support your success in this role you will have: Demonstrated experience and/or general understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
Demonstrated experience in the use of finance system software.
Proven ability to apply standard procedures, practices, Acts and Regulations.
Well-developed skills in using the Microsoft Office suite of products.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
Highly developed customer service skills.
