About These Role As our Practice Manager at Myhealth Toowomg, you'll be instrumental in leading day-to-day operations and fostering a positive, team-focused culture.

As our Medical Receptionist and second-in-charge, you'll be the trusted support to the Practice Manager and the welcoming face our patients see first.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both front-line patient care and behind-the-scenes leadership, with plenty of opportunity to grow and take initiative.
A Day In The Life Collaborating with lead doctors to ensure smooth operational workflows Overseeing the day-to-day practice operations with a focus on quality care Facilitating inductions and in-house training sessions for new staff Managing the diary scheduling system with the Clinical Team, including waitlist management and patient appointment coordination Providing solution-focused management to clinic operations and doctor queries Leading a team with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and patient care What we're looking for: Experience in GP medical reception or practice management Confident in taking on leadership and senior administrative roles Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Experience in managing nursing and administration staff is preferred but not essential Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for enhancing patient experiences and practice operations What you'll get from us: Competitive Bonus Scheme (For Practice Manager)Discounted Private Health Insurance Exclusive discounts on gym memberships Relocation assistance through Myhealth on the Move (available to current employees)Ongoing training and development A supportive and collaborative team environment I'm excited to join What's the best way to apply?Please submit your Resume and Cover Letter along with your application, outlining why you think you'd be the best fitCurious to learn more about Myhealth?
