About the Role The Channel Account Executive is responsible for delivering a strong channel strategy across CSP in ANZ, encompassing Distributors, Value Added Resellers and Managed Service Providers for Data Security.
This targeted role ensures that business initiatives are tailored to optimizing the Partner Program.
It is a key contributor to channel communications and interfaces with channel partners and their senior management across ANZ.
This role will focus on working with Government and Indigenous partners; experience in these areas will be highly regarded.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and manage a robust and creative channel strategy for ANZDevelop and drive engagement through successful relationships with key channel partners at senior management level Lead the development of territory channel plans with local sales teams, including action plans and review cadences Drive Channel best practices and deploy them across ANZ, considering local specifics Plan and develop channel go-to-market strategies and execute marketing initiatives Design, optimize, and implement the Partner Program across ANZEnable partners to sell Thales solutions across the CSP portfolio, focusing on incremental business and service delivery Evaluate and recommend channel metrics to measure performance, such as revenue, pipeline growth, and product mix Present ANZ Sales Channel performance and business results regularly About You You will have experience in consulting and sales, with: Understanding of the Channel ecosystem in ANZ, especially in Federal government and Indigenous partners Experience developing and presenting channel strategies Strong cross-functional partnership skills Business planning and execution skills Excellent communication skills Proven sales results in fast-paced environments Experience in security, networking, or infrastructure Customer focus, integrity, good judgment, and decision-making abilities Benefits Competitive remuneration package Thales Flex – Hybrid work environment Fitness Passport Discount Employee discounts (Travel, Car hire, Tech, Medical Insurance)Modernised Paid Parental Leave Veterans Leave Novated Lease options Family support with Parents at Work Training and development opportunities Sonder – Wellbeing & Support Partner We support diversity and encourage everyone to apply.
