We are a leading dermatology specialist practice based in Brisbane seeking a new member of our medical reception team with a mature, caring and empathic approach and good people skills.
Must be well presented, reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently and also cooperatively as part of a close-knit team.
Must have good time-management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
FULL TIME POSITION: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Immediate Start) No weekend/ Public Holiday work.
Your duties will include: General medical administration tasks including filing with potential for moving up to answering incoming phone calls and assisting with patient enquiries including emails.
Liaising with supervisors, team-members, doctors and nurses as well as other medical services / hospital departments Completing assigned tasks efficiently About you: Competent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsPleasant, respectful and efficient customer service skillsGood organisational and time management skills Computer skills are valuedAbility to work productively and cooperatively in a friendly team environmentA willingness to learn new skills and to further develop in the role Perks of the job Professional, supportive and friendly cultureGreat career progression opportunities with a strong focus on training and development How to Apply If you feel you have the attributes that we are looking for we would love to hear from you.
