Leading a team of professionals overnight is an exciting challenge at our esteemed establishment. As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during your shift, ensuring seamless service delivery to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage late arrivals and departures with professionalism and poise.
  • Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all departments.
  • Supervise the night team to maintain premium service standards.
  • Address guest issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure public areas are clean and well-presented at all times.
  • Liaise with other departments to guarantee continuity across shifts.

Requirements
  • A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • An energetic and team-oriented attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with guests.
  • Diplomatic and composed, with the ability to calmly manage challenging situations and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a front office leadership role within a hotel environment (premium setting preferred).
  • Previous experience in Night Audit and/or Front Office Supervisor roles is highly regarded.
  • High level of computer literacy; Excel and Opera Cloud experience is highly valued.
  • Required certifications include RP Badge, SA RSA, First Aid & CPR, National Police Check, and clearance to work with vulnerable people.
  • A current and valid Full AU Driver Licence, with confidence to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Full-time Australian working rights.
