THE ROLE: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital advertising & content specialist to work as a Podcast BDM across the breadth of Sydney Agency Sales Team's established portfolio of media agencies and national advertisers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated media sales professional who wants to work within one of Sydney's most successful media sales teams.
This is a territory that requires someone with tenacity, persistence and a love of closing the deal This is a high-profile role within a team that prides itself on being collaborative, innovative and having a growth mindset.
What you will be doing and what skills you may have: In summary: Autonomously identify and grow podcast investment from non-podcast spenders within the Sydney Agency Sales portfolio Autonomously stimulate podcast inclusive briefs and investment with existing Nova Entertainment podcast spenders.
Stimulate high value podcast inclusive briefs and leads for Sydney Agency Sales team Account Directors to then collaborate with Agencies on.
Collaboration with key NE stakeholders to drive winning ideation and content led podcast (and All of Audio) integration solutions as well as selling these solutions to your clients Focus on high-value podcasting opportunities is managed service, content-led, integrated and long-term sponsorships.
Commitment to achieving monthly & quarterly targets (financial) and behavioural KPIs (e.g.
meeting count; pipeline composition etc.) with an ability to develop tactics to ensure personal, team and client success To be successful in this role you will have: An experienced and autonomous media salesperson with established market relationships in Sydney Holdcos.
Proactive all the time.
This is not a reactive brief response role.
