This role offers the unique opportunity to help build a creative project from the ground up, with responsibilities ranging from studio management to guest coordination and content development.
This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

Requirement

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

• Confident in managing communications and project timelines.

• Adept at brainstorming content ideas and structuring engaging conversations.
Work Conditions

• Location: Quakers Hill / Kellyville

• Hours: Part-time, with potential to transition to a full-time role as the podcast expands.

• Environment: Independent work within a creative start-up setting.
Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the podcast studio space.

• Source, hire, or purchase equipment for audio and video recording.

• Liaise with podcast editors to ensure timely and high-quality production.

• Reach out to and coordinate booking and scheduling for potential guests.

• Create podcast topics and prepare agendas for episodes.

• Review edited episodes and provide approval before release.

• Set up recording equipment for video and audio sessions.
