
Learning And Development Specialist

The role involves supporting L&D needs in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
Reporting to the APAC L&D Lead and working closely with the local HR team, the successful candidate will collaborate globally with HR generalists, L&D team members, program managers, business, and technical experts, as well as employees, to enhance performance and support talent development.
Within Susquehanna, the L&D team aims to provide value-added experiences that drive performance, grow and retain talent, and boost engagement through employee and manager development solutions.
Responsibilities include: Managing learning programs for campus hires, including partnering with campus recruiting and the business, identifying modules, and overseeing program execution.
Facilitating instructor-led workshops (in person and virtual) on topics such as professional skills, team building, onboarding, and intern programming.
Creating e Learning and on-demand content for self-paced learning.
Developing and delivering self-development and professional development curricula.
Supporting the implementation and administration of a Learning Management System in APAC.
Partnering with subject matter experts to deliver speaker series, design learning experiences, and identify digital resources for professional development.
Supporting performance management training initiatives.
Collaborating with the global L&D team to implement projects that align with local needs.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on L&D experience, with at least 3 years in delivering and facilitating training programs.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong facilitation skills for in-person and virtual training sessions.
Experience designing and developing e Learning and digital resources.
Excellent collaboration, listening, and questioning skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective project management skills.
A growth mindset, curiosity, and adaptability.
Self-driven, motivated, and proactive in delivering high-quality work.
