You'll be working on some of the most high-profile water infrastructure projects in the industry, helping to secure Water for Life for generations to come.
About Your Opportunity Reporting to our Project Director - Lake Macdonald Dam Improvement Project, you will support the team through the construction phase of the project.
Your responsibilities include managing project support and control activities in line with governance procedures, and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Support the team across construction and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with governance procedures and coordinating stakeholder engagement.
Manage project controls including cost tracking (Planisware), procurement, risk registers, change management, and contract administration for low-risk contracts.
Maintain project documentation and systems such as HP Content Manager and Teambinder, and oversee task assignments, decision registers, and action tracking.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and reporting—preparing performance updates on cost, schedule, and forecasts.
About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Minimum 5 years professional experience in a complex project environment, managing the successful delivery of projects and work packages.
Highly developed written communication and computer literacy skills including project management systems, resource scheduling (eg MS Project/Primevera) and MS Suite.
Project Management, Engineering or relevant technical qualifications (Tertiary or Advanced Diploma level).
Class C Driver's License.
This position has a salary starting at $108,332 - $119,130 plus superannuation and is a Fixed term Contract until 27 th August 2027.
This position is based on site at our Lake Macdonald offices, 5 days per week.
Appointment to this role is subject to the provision of a national police check and may be subject to other medical/character requirements.
