Job Summary:

Projects constitute a key component in the Burroughs services offering. The project manager is responsible for the planning and execution of a portfolio of ATM, smart safe, and recyclers and more an associated projects on time and on budget. The project manager's primary role is to proactively structure and manage project tasks to ensure high quality and timely delivery while managing costs and mitigating risks.

Job Summary:

Projects constitute a key component in the Burroughs services offering. The project manager is responsible for the planning and execution of a portfolio of ATM, smart safe, and recyclers and more an associated projects on time and on budget. The project manager's primary role is to proactively structure and manage project tasks to ensure high quality and timely delivery while managing costs and mitigating risks.

Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with field operations on project scheduling to ensure project time management requirements are met
  • Provide liaison support and guidance between supply chain and field operations to ensure timely arrival of required parts at project location
  • Manage administrative tasks to include equipment procurement and tracking, contractor work orders, and project cash flow
  • Deliver clear and timely communications to leadership, internal team members, and external customers on project status or concerns
  • Identify and make recommendations to increase team/department efficiencies of project management related tasks
  • Submit project billing to finance team on a weekly basis
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on project revenue and forecasting

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Strong working technical knowledge of ATMs, smart safes, and recyclers
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • High level oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
  • This is largely a sedentary role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as a computer, laptop and cell phone.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment

Education And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

2+ years project management experience preferred

For this position our annual salary range is $75K to $120K depending on relevant experience.Seniority level
