Find out more about our school by visiting Rockingham Senior High School or Schools Online The Role Rockingham SHS is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to take on a diverse role within a vibrant and supportive educational environment.

As the Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving the school's communications, supporting internal operations, and promoting our school's values and achievements.

Key Responsibilities: Provide operational support in the development, implementation, and management of the school's comprehensive marketing and media strategic planning.

Coordinate and oversee teacher relief scheduling and manage associated payroll duties.

Previous experience using HRMIS and Compass will be highly regarded.

Offer human resource support and advice to the School's Executive team and staff on a range of day-to-day matters.

Manage and monitor the school's annual marketing/public relations budget, ensuring effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality promotional activities.

This is a multifaceted role that requires strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Daily start and finish times will be negotiated with the successful applicant, noting there will be a requirement to commence duties prior to 8:00am.

Demonstrated well developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels and work effectively in a team environment.

Demonstrated sound conceptual, analytical and research skills, including the ability to identify appropriate solutions.

Demonstrated initiative and good organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and identify priorities.
