The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to support the technological needs of the business, particularly within the retail sector.

The Systems Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the company's mission to deliver exceptional service and value to our customers.
Requirements Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain server and network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and security systems.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of services.- Implement and manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity protocols.- Configure and deploy new hardware and software solutions according to company standards.- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain system security.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployment and resolve technical issues.- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements to existing systems.- Document processes, configurations, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.- Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies regarding data security and privacy.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking protocols.- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services.- Proficient in scripting and automation tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Comp TIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are preferred.
