Job Description
- Administer and maintain TechOne enterprise systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or patches.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the TechOne environment.
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Assist in the migration or upgrade of TechOne systems as required.
- Work closely with the technology team to align system functionalities with organisational needs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful System Administrator (TechOne) should have:
- Experience working with TechOne enterprise systems in a professional setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in system administration, including updates, patches, and performance monitoring.
- A background in supporting technology operations in the public sector or similar environments.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders.
